The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction not a destination.

She/Her

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in San Diego California, I provide individual telehealth therapy to teens, college students and adults. Since 2016, I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including university-affiliated clinics, middle and high schools, community clinics, and outpatient and group practices. With a master's degree in Sociology as well as Marriage and Family Therapy, I enjoy working with clients to help deconstruct large social issues and structures and identify the individual ways they impact our lives. Using theoretical approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Somatic Techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and having completed EMDR training I can provide clients with a range of interventions tailored to their therapeutic needs. I have supported clients with many life challenges from anxiety, to adjusting to life transitions. Look below for more information on my specialties.

In my sessions, I embrace a down-to-earth, genuine approach integrated with humor and balanced with the ability to sit with and carry all of the hard challenges life presents. I prioritize authentic connection and deeply understand the difficulties in opening up about our lives and work to handle this with true care and attention. I believe that the role of the therapist is to support clients with kind and gentle, yet firm guidance and am honored to collaborate with clients in creating the shifts in life they want for themselves.

I am an LGBTQIA+ allied and affirming clinician. I am also ENM allied.
